Okay, I do a little more than that. I’m Chris Thurman, and I help businesses, nonprofits and solopreneurs make a great first impression online. Looking good gets you noticed. Making people feel something gets you remembered.
A few things I’ve made look good.

On the web, people decide how they feel about you in a few seconds. I spend my days making those seconds count.
Growing up, I wanted to be a jockey, but at 6′5″ I guess I’ll stick with websites.
Probably for the best. I’ve spent 18+ years designing and building websites for everyone from one-person shops to Fortune 500s. These days I’m Lead Web Strategist & Creative Director at Louder Agency, which mostly means I get paid to ask, “Wait, why would anyone ?”
Here’s what all that taught me: a website is a lot like meeting someone for the first time. You’re not trying to impress everybody. You just want them to walk away thinking, “I like them.” Turns out that’s a pretty good business strategy, too.
